Terms and Conditions

• What you get: 
  • You are buying the GCSE Maths Live Classes Foundation Tier
  • Access to the recordings of the classes is included until end of June 2024.
• Access to classes: 
  • Once payment is complete, you will receive invitations to the week’s live classes via email. This will happen within 12-hours of payment. If you don’t receive this for some reason, please contact us at: support@solveformaths.com
• Recorded classes: 
  • We understand that sometimes it may not be possible to attend each class. All classes are recorded, so if you’re late for a class, or miss it, you can watch the recorded classes at a time suitable for you to catch-up and re-watch as much as you need to.
• Cancellation and Refunds:
  • If you’re not satisfied with our services, you may cancel the enrolment before the next payment due date. To cancel, email support@solveformaths.com mentioning your reasons for cancellation. We will process and confirm your cancellation within 24-hours of your email.
  • Once your enrolment is cancelled, you will lose all access to recorded classes.
  • Upon cancellation, you will be refunded for any remaining classes you will not be attending before your next billing cycle.
  • We cannot provide refunds for any classes that have taken place prior to your date of cancellation request, regardless of if the student had attended the class or not.
• Summer holiday period:
  • Your subscription will be paused during the summer holiday period as there will be no classes during these period. Summer holiday period is defined as July and August. This will resume again from September, unless cancelled by yourself. You will be notified via email of this at the start and end of the summer holiday period.
  • Access to past recorded classes will be paused during the summer holiday period.
• Our price freeze guarantee:
  • You are guaranteed the same monthly price for the product you bought throughout the life of the enrolment. For example, if your monthly price for the enrolment is £80/month in 2023 and the price goes up to £82/month for 2024, you will still be charged the original £80/month price you signed up on, unless you cancel and re-subscribe to the same product.
  • The above is not applicable if you change from one product to another, example, if you change from GCSE Maths Foundation to GCSE Maths Higher, the current price applicable for the GCSE Maths Higher classes will be applied.
• Age: You MUST be a parent or a guardian of the student, or otherwise an adult over the age of 18 years to be able to buy this product.
